## How it works

- Read-only connection to the systems a company already uses.
- Records matched across systems into one data warehouse, updated every night.
- Processes rebuilt from orders, delivery notes, invoices and payments, to show where they break.

## Modules

- Finance: bank reconciliation, budgets and P&L, true margin by customer and product, 13-week cash forecast.
- Admin: invoice capture with OCR, invoices grouped by supplier, due dates and collections.
- Distribution: demand forecast, purchasing by the company's own rules, stock-out alerts, dynamic routes.

## Pilot

Three weeks: integration in week 1 (free of charge), modules set up in weeks 2 and 3. If the company is not convinced at the end, it pays nothing and keeps its data.
